  11. I finally decided on the 1.4 firmware upgrade last night.  It was simple to do 
  12. and I have connected at 28.8 on all 10 connections since the upgrade.  While 
  13. on version 1.2, I connected at 28.8 about 5% of the time with my current ISP.
